Not sure if your tree needs a check-up? Here’s what to watch for.
Your trees might seem sturdy and self-sufficient, but like all living things, they need care. Here are five common signs that it’s time to call a tree care professional.
1. Cracks or Splits in the Trunk
Visible cracks can indicate structural issues and might be a sign of internal decay.
2. Dead or Falling Branches
Frequent limb drop, especially in calm weather, often signals distress.
3. Leaf Discoloration or Sparse Growth
Browning, yellowing, or thinning foliage may point to disease or poor nutrition.
4. Fungus at the Base
Mushrooms or fungi growing around the roots can be a red flag for rot or root disease.
5. Leaning or Shifting Trees
A tree suddenly leaning or showing lifted roots could pose a serious hazard.
When in doubt, trust the tree doctor. Our experts are just a call away.
